The purpose of Northridge Park's Educational Teams is to equip disciples in a learning environment educating the body of believers and community around Northridge Park

Educational Teams are the equipping teams of the church.  Each person who teaches for the congregation falls under the protective shelter of teams.  The design is to create an environment where those who are gifted to teach can express their giftedness yet provide continuity in leadership, doctrine, and ministry.
